The Lords at The New Miami - circa 1978

On Stage at the legendary New Miami, Cass Avenue, Detroit:
Pianist Gerry Ferry, a charter member of The Lords sits at the New Miami's piano. Gerry was no longer in the band when I joined. We did play together at a handful of Lords Reunion shows when all members, past and present, would share the stage. Note the Lords flyer taped to the piano.

I'm forever grateful to Gerry for hiring me to back him on a solo gig at the immortal Willis Show Bar before the transplants in the neighborhood had it shutdown. Words could never describe The Willis.
