Working a school dance circa 1967 are (l-r):
Gerald Kent(guitar) and George Kerby(bass) aka The Crestwood Kidz (What's with the Spock look, George?) |
Jerry was a gifted musician even then. He went on to play with top-notch Detroit artists Ortheia Barnes and Brainstorm Ltd. Jerry's guitar riff opens Brainstorm's disco-era hit Lovin' is Really my Game, which featured Belita Woods' FABULOUS vocals! The Fourth Flight also featured: |
Fred Lucero | (vocals, organ) |
Bill Prainito | (drums) |
"Skip" Stevenson | (guitar) |
If any of you guys are out there, EMAIL me !!

Update: WOW, "The Internets" really work !!! I've gotten an email from Bill Prainito, now in southern California. While Bill has retired from music, his sons Matt and Joe are carrying on the Prainito musical tradition. Bill was also able to put me back in contact with The Fourth Flight's original "second guitarist" Dave Verfaille, who had to leave the band and was replaced by Skip. |
Hey Fred, Skip ... where are you??? |
